Founded in 1981, Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is the original health care sharing ministry for Christians.

​

CHM is a non-profit, voluntary cost-sharing ministry through which participating Christians meet each other’s medical bills.

​

The great part about CHM is that you can become a member at any time and you can cancel at any time as well. You have nothing to loose but trying this awesome non-profit organisation. 

​

There is no price difference for age, health, weight, location, and some other factors. Medi-share and some other health sharing ministries do charge extra for not being healthy, or overweight and charge based on age and zip-code.

CHM members have shared more than $1 billion in medical bills. The ministry is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

Important note about the 'competition' and other 'health sharing' ministries.

There are many 'health sharing' ministries and 'insurances' these days. Most of them are fairly new and financially not proven to be financially stable.

​

The terms and conditions of these other health sharing 'ministries' are also very much like real insurance. There are too many exclusions in a contract which is hard to understand. Often they also spend the member's money to endless advertising.
