Personal responsibility (PR)

All three participation levels are for medical cost exceeding your personal responsibility amount (It's like your insurance deductible):

$1,250 Gold plan
$3,000 Silver plan, per medical event
$5,000 Bronze plan, per medical event

What is a medical event?

Each program has a per-illness limit of $125,000, this limit can be exceeded if you have Brother’s Keeper program (The Gold plan combined with the Brother’s Keeper program has a no limit amount per eligible illness!

CHM+ cost only $27 per person per month.

The Gold plan has a $1,250 'deductible' once your bills are over $1,250 for a covered medical event. You can not submit a bill to CHM for a medical event costing less than $1,250
